Regulations concerning Minors, Content Rating, and Parental Liability.

CRITICAL WARNING: G-Player Pro is an "Unrestricted Web Access" tool. By its nature, it allows the user to import playlists that may contain Mature (18+), Graphic, or Explicit content. The software developer has no control over the content imported by the end-user.
1. Minimum Age Requirements

Access to G-Player Pro services is governed by a strict bifurcated age policy:

  • 18+ Transactional Capacity: To purchase a license, make payments, or enter into a reseller agreement with Volvose LLC, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • 13+ Usage Permissibility: Individuals between the ages of 13 and 18 may use the software only under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by our Terms of Service.

Children under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using the application or providing any personal data, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

2. COPPA Compliance (USA) & GDPR-K (EU)

Volvose LLC does not knowingly collect, store, or process personal identifiable information (PII) from children under the age of 13.

Given that our software requires a MAC Address and IP validation for activation, if we discover that a license has been registered by a minor under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will:

  • Immediately terminate the license.
  • Permanently delete all associated data from our servers.
  • Block the device MAC address to prevent re-registration.
3. Content Neutrality & Parental Duty of Care

G-Player Pro functions legally as a "Content-Agnostic Media Player". It ships with no video content. The content is supplied entirely by the user via M3U Playlists or Portal APIs.

Consequently:

  • No Rating: The software itself cannot be rated "G", "PG", or "R", as the content is dynamic and user-defined.
  • Liability Shift: The burden of vetting content lies 100% with the parent or guardian. If a parent inputs a playlist containing Adult Channels, Volvose LLC bears no liability for the exposure of minors to said content.
4. Built-in Parental Control Features

While we disclaim liability for content, we provide industry-standard tools to assist parents in their duty of supervision. G-Player Pro includes:

  • PIN Protection: A master PIN code can be set to lock specific categories (e.g., "Adults", "VOD - Horror").
  • Category Hiding: The ability to completely hide entire groups of channels from the main interface.
  • Settings Lock: Preventing unauthorized changes to the playlist source.

Recommendation: We strongly advise all parents to configure the Parental Lock immediately upon installation.

5. App Store Ratings

Users may notice that on platforms like Apple App Store or Google Play, G-Player Pro may carry a "17+" or "High Maturity" rating. This is a mandatory classification by store operators for any app that provides "Unrestricted Web Access" or allows the user to access external content not moderated by the developer.

This rating reflects the potential of the tool, not the intent of the developers.
