General Questions
Is G-Player Pro free to use?
G-Player Pro offers a 7-day free trial with full functionality. After the trial period, a one-time activation fee is required to continue using the app. We believe in "try before you buy".
Does the app come with channels?
No. G-Player Pro is strictly a media player application. It does not contain any pre-loaded content, channels, or playlists. You must have your own playlist subscription from a service provider to use this app.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Your activation license is linked to a single device's MAC address. If you want to use G-Player Pro on multiple TVs or devices, you will need to purchase a separate license for each one.
Technical Support
Why are my channels buffering?
Buffering is usually related to your internet connection speed or your provider's server stability. Try restarting your router. In the app settings, try changing the "Stream Format" from MPEGTS to HLS, which is more resilient to network fluctuations.
"Parse Error" or "Playlist Error"?
This usually means your playlist URL is incorrect or your subscription with your provider has expired. Please double-check the URL for typos and contact your provider to ensure your account is active.
How do I update the EPG?
The Electronic Program Guide (EPG) updates automatically every time you launch the app. You can also force a manual update by going to Settings > EPG > Reload EPG.
