G-PLAYER PRO DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY CONTENT.
The application is a pure software media player. It does not contain, host, distribute, or sell any playlists, channels, VOD, or streams. You must have your own legal content to use this software.
To avoid any ambiguity under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Copyright Directive:
- No Pre-Loaded Content: Upon installation, G-Player Pro is completely empty. It contains no URLs, no servers, and no media files.
- User-Generated Content: All content accessed through the software is imported exclusively by the End-User. Volvose LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the nature of the content imported.
- No Affiliation: Volvose LLC is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any third-party IPTV provider, playlist seller, or content aggregator.
The unauthorized streaming of copyrighted material (Movies, TV Shows, Live Sports, Music) is a violation of copyright laws in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions.
Volvose LLC strictly prohibits the use of G-Player Pro for illegal activities.
By using this software, you agree that:
- You hold the legal rights to view the content you import (e.g., personal recordings, public domain content, or subscriptions to authorized broadcasters).
- You will not use the software to access pirated streams.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Volvose LLC from any legal claims arising from your specific use of the software.
Under no circumstances shall Volvose LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Legal actions taken against the user by Copyright Holders.
- Loss of data or playlist corruption.
- Service interruptions caused by the user's content provider.
We provide the "Car" (Software); we are not responsible if the driver (User) decides to drive recklessly (Copyright Infringement).
Our software processes data streams using standard protocols (HLS, MPEG-TS, RTMP). The software code is technically neutral and does not distinguish between a legal stream (e.g., a NASA public feed) and an illegal stream.
We do not monitor, log, or inspect the URLs entered by users, preserving our status as a "Mere Conduit" under Article 12 of the E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC).
If you believe that your copyrighted work is being accessed illegally, please understand that Volvose LLC cannot disable the stream because we do not host it.
To have the content removed, you must issue a DMCA Takedown Notice to the Server Provider / Host of the playlist URL, not to the developer of the media player.
