We operate under a transparent business model. G-Player Pro offers a 7-Day Free Trial with unrestricted access to all features (4K streaming, EPG, Recording).
This trial period is provided for specific due diligence:
- To ensure the application is compatible with your Smart TV, Android Box, or Firestick.
- To verify that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) does not throttle streaming traffic.
- To confirm that your M3U Playlist provider works correctly with our parsing engine.
Conclusion: If you proceed to purchase a license after the trial, it is deemed that you are satisfied with the performance. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "incompatibility" discovered post-purchase.
For customers residing in the European Union, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal applies to most distance contracts. However, software sales fall under a specific exemption.
Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU regarding consumer rights, the right of withdrawal is lost for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
Legal Translation: By clicking "Buy Now" and activating the App via MAC Address, you expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as the service (license activation) is performed instantly.
Notwithstanding the above, Volvose LLC acts in good faith. We will issue a full refund at our sole discretion in the following specific scenarios:
- Double Billing Error: If a technical glitch causes your card to be charged twice for the same transaction ID.
- Total Non-Delivery: If you paid but the system failed to activate your MAC address within 24 hours, and Support was unable to manually rectify the issue.
- Proven Code Defect: If the application crashes on launch on a verified compatible device (e.g., Nvidia Shield) and our developers confirm it is a bug that cannot be patched within 7 days.
Requests for refunds will be automatically rejected by our billing system for the following reasons:
- Content / Playlist Issues: "My channels are buffering", "Audio is out of sync on Channel X", "My playlist is empty".
Reason: G-Player Pro is a media player. We do not control the content server. These are issues with your IPTV provider. - Hardware Change: "I bought a new TV".
Reason: Licenses are tied to the MAC address of the device. They are not transferable unless a "License Transfer Fee" is paid. - User Input Error: "I entered the wrong MAC address".
Reason: We cannot recover a license activated on a wrong device. Please double-check your MAC address before paying. - Missing Features: "I thought it had VOD".
Reason: The 7-Day Free Trial exists precisely to verify features before payment.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
We take "Friendly Fraud" (Chargebacks) extremely seriously. If you initiate a dispute with your bank or PayPal without contacting our support team first, you trigger a criminal fraud protocol.
- License Revocation: Your software will be immediately deactivated.
- Device Blacklist: Your MAC address and IP will be permanently banned from our servers.
- Global Reporting: Your details will be submitted to anti-fraud databases (e.g., Ethoca, Early Warning), which may prevent you from making future digital purchases on other platforms.
